Privacy policy

FlashCrypto collects only the data needed to process orders, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Order data can include crypto pair, amount, destination address, deposit address, timestamps, transaction status, and limited network metadata such as IP address. Account users may provide email and saved wallet labels. Sell orders store card data only in encrypted form and never return full card numbers. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where GDPR or other applicable law grants those rights. Operational and compliance records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. We use service providers such as hosting, database, analytics-free security tooling, and blockchain infrastructure only where necessary to operate the exchange.
